Hey all,
As ponco has made a thread on his experience I thought id give you some of my own insight into how I experienced CS:GO.
I will firstly start off with just all the game menu options available with screenshots on all the options (basic ones) and explain if need be the options (Ponco has already done so on alot of accounts so I won't bother with those).

My Opinion on the Menus
Well obviously this isn't as important as how the game actually feels and/or is playable but I am still going to address it nonetheless. I simply love how the menu options are set out. Not only is is simplistic it is effective in what you need to find.
The larger icons makes everything easier to see. If you want to play a game straight away it lets you. Obviously searching for a game isn't complete but it makes it simple and effective this way.
Changing options that could change the game entirely also has a second check that pops up (didnt take a screenshot) is also another way of helping anyone find the right settings for their PC.
As you can all see all my options are set to the highest.

Dust2 Map Opinion
I like it, its very detailed, well set out and easy to recognise between the games. I don't mind the maps looking like COD/BF I think thats the way gaming and graphics are heading and CS is just keeping up with the times (good way to go). I think this map is pretty even, possibly, too small for the current models though (will talk about later).
Note: You cannot throw grenades over walls in this game. This I believe is better. I will at a later date go through the weapons one by one.

Buy Menu Opinion
I dislike it to say the least. However, I am aware this is for the console gamers and not the online PC version buy menu. I hope they improve it from this or its almost enough for me not to play this game except for pub sessions.

Models
I like the Terrorist models pretty well, they aren't to bulky and are a decent size. They appear well and from my screenshots have more than one option, I didn't really see any other models from them.
Counter-Terrorists, oh god, they are so fat looking and are pretty ugly as designs. They are ALL the same (whether or not they are different models is yet to be distinguished by my self).
All in all they did an ok job, I do believe they will probably change them anyway but for the current time I can accept them.

Now from my perspective at first glance I really liked the look and feel of the map. However, after playing for longer and longer I started to get frustrated with a few things.
Firstly, I think the radar should be a little larger (only slightly) it feels as if its just like out of my way and I have to go searching for it.
Secondly, having my cash (took me ages to find this FML) under the radar is a pretty bad idea, I had no idea where to look and its so tiny I missed it heaps and didnt know how much I had. Even after purchasing something it just takes off what you bought and you don't know how much you have left until its complete (delayed a bit).
Maybe I'm just not used to it, but ingame it was alot harder to look for mid game.
I liked the top where you can see if your teammates are dead or alive, it was really easy to tell. They made a good emphasis on ammo/health which I thought was really good.
Im not really sure, but automatic armour seems like it isnt too bad, I havent tested the difference from CSS (as thats primarily my game) of damage from grenades/binks from different weapons if it affects game play. Eitherway, gotta wait till later to fully check it out.
I will Update later with WEAPON reviews and movement/jumping etc.
Hope this helps in some way.
