Hihih, woke up this morning and turned my computer on and it's showing no monitor input, the motherboard and card both power up, card gives green light but no signal.

Can't bench test because motherboard doesn't have onboard and second card is fried. ;(

Curse you WA heat.

Think my card could be fried due to this stupid ******* 40 degree heat every day of the week?

Try cleaning your RAM, as stupid as it sounds it has worked for me 3 or 4 times now when I get no monitor input.
Try putting in 1 stick and see if it boots.

Will try that now, it seems to be detecting it now everytime I turn the MBO on it says "Monitor going to sleep."
So its obviously detecting something, I'll try the ram.
I pray its the ram cheaper than a new $400 card.

Edit;

Tried ram in both slots / 1 at a time / all variations.

Nothing. ;9

Also card detects if powers not plugged into it so i don't think its the card, could maybe be my mbo?

Try card in a different PCI-E slot, possible that the one it is in at the moment is stuffed.

Tried that still nothing happens, monitor detects the dvi cable though whenever I unplug it when its on it says "Monitor going to sleep"

When I plug it in, the monitor turns back on.

Happened to me but I don't know if you are having the same problem.

I just restart my computer 3-4 times then it usually boots back up normally.

Do you have a clearcmos button or jumper?

I've restarted it like 30438 times now, still no boot.
It seems to make the monitor go to sleep when I boot but nothing else.

All lights are on. :|

Ye I've tried clearing cmos.

have you pulled it apart and put it back together? like everything take it all out and pretty much rebuild it normally fixes it when it happens to me, and it happens a lot.

If you had a speaker you could have just plugged that into your motherboard.

I expect a series of short beeps.
