Ah well, these things happen.

Guy refused to look at my motherboard without Iso shield.
I took it off before I took it in because I was bench testing took mbo out and what not forgot to put back in.

******* moron I swear.

It's because they can't send it back for warranty without one.

Hes just bench testing, he'll be doing no swapping/sending away without my permission, I told him I just need him to bench test (I cant because my other PC is at my mates who's not home till Saturday)

But eh, he just seemed so picky, started explaining what the Iso shield does, I'm like "No shit ****."

Oh well.

It works better if you just let him do it his way. Sure it's nit picking to not do it without one, but he's covering his own arse more than being a picky ****.

IMO just hand over the board/computer with all the packaging and let him test it, because it doesnt sound like you can get a definitive result yourself.
