Hey so me an my clan were reading over the rules and were curious about a few things.

1.6 why is turned friendly fire on, this is not hardcore, we play normal for a reason.

1.8 What happens if a Team does, do they get penalized?

2.1 Why restrict weapon attachments, Yeah fair enough having to Tach light or Laser light but every thing else should be allowed. So why cant we use any weapon scopes.

2.2 Does this mean just no pistol with the tactical lights or suppressors. Or are we only allowed to use the M9

2.6 Why are these not allowed IR/Thermal optics and third person Guided shells. It is rediculious how many mines can be placed around the map now. Also why would 3rd person be off it helps so much when driving around. the view they give you in Jeeps for example is terrible.

friendly fire would add to the competitiveness of a game, pretty obvious.. be pretty stupid if you could shoot through your own team mate and kill an enemy.

this is why i love FF turned on in pubs, lay down in a corridor and just let loose on the support machine gun until your clip runs out, you're bound to hit something

If your team mates aren't dumb ****s, Friendly fire shouldn't be an issue.

what the eff are 3rd person guided shells? the rules dont say external cams will be disabled, just that 3rd person guided rockets cant be used. whatever they are.

for some reason engineer kit isnt allowed to use jav nor is it listed in allowed items. i dont think those rules are entirely up to date.

has been much debate over this but it is for good reason. read the thread deltz posted.

default pistols only with no flashlights or suppressors (m9 as US and mp443 as RU).

IR/thermal are OP and they also render mines useless. since the patch mines disappear 20s after the engineer who laid them dies and they can also be spotted on the minimap.

3rd person view in vehicles is enabled, just not guided shells.

i dunno why your main concern is about an already determined rule set for a ladder which was suppose to be starting 18 days ago

There really needs to be a clause in the terms and conditions that states if you are a month late to the party and super ******ed you get perma banned.

So what does "third person Guided shells" entail? I'm assuming tv-guided missiles?

(not arguing just confused at what 3rd party guided shells exactly includes)

shell =/= missile

also there is no 3rd party with tv missiles
