What the team is looking for: Serious gamers, preferably with kd 2.0+. We will be participating in clan wars and as well as infantry it would be great if we could find someone that is skilled in driving vehicles.

Your K/D don't mean shit on CG. Anyone can go 2.5 K/D in pubs, it doesn't make you a good player. It's too easy to pad anyway _{*cough* oxide *cough*}

Willing to work as a team and organise themselves is something that should be upheld more.

When do the nerfs come?
Adding a required KDR to your criteria is a silly idea as stated above, does your team have a VOIP program for these scrims and matches and possibly a clan server ( optional for awhile). You'll also need 10 players for your team and a handful of substitutes

I totally agree with the points made about the kd in pubs, however a good player has a solid k/d in pubs and we need to set a requirement or else we may get unwanted applicants.

We are definitely looking for players wtih teamwork and organisation.

We are also in the process of organising VOIP and possibly looking into a clan server.

Just because they have a good KDR in pubs, does not by any means, make them potentially good in scrims or matches. I have seen many players with good PUB kdrs, then seen them in matches and they were really terrible because they couldn't communicate for shit, work as a team, know when to push or hold etc.
