I don't know what the go is but this is what is happening

I live in Victoria
when on Australia - VIC or anywhere in Australia, Download Speed is <80kb
when on US - San Jose, Download Speed is 600kb

I should be hitting 1mb/s easily.

Any suggestions as to what is happening?

When downloading at slow sleeps....

Google & Download TCP View > Go to steam process > Highlight the steam processes with remote ip's > right click, close connection.

If speeds dont pick up try again, works every time.
