Just downloaded a game and now when I go to play it.

It locks up
Ctrl Alt Del doesnt work
I am forced to restart my computer.

Any ideas on situation?

what game, and whats ur specs

4GB G-Skill Ram
ATi Raedon 4890 1GB
Intel Core Duo E600 or whatever
650GX PS

its not a constant thing at the moment
but it does it more then it should.

inb4 another sandy bridge issue.
although if it only happens on the one game then that pretty much rules that out, but so many PC hardware forums have been full of the words 'computer just locks up' since the sandy bridge series was released, people have found disabling C3 and C6 states fix the random freezing some people get with SBs so if its not only in this game that u experience it u could try that.
