Two weeks ago my computer had a hernia and died, motherboard was fried it still turned on but nothing would post.

Rightyo, so ASUS confirmed it was dead, and sent me a replacement it now turns on and all peripherals turn on and light up too, but still nothing displaying on my monitors.

This leads me to another question, could my card be dead too?
The card still powers on and will show if power cords aren't plugged in, but still nothing posting.

What motherboard?The v-pro z68?

Purchased one about 7 hours ago. It fried about 6 hours ago. Googling shows alot of people having the problem with that board.

What card you running?

Asus M5A97 with Asus 6850.

least you'll be able to confirm if current card is screwed or not, checked if its inserted properly first?

Tried all 3 cards, they all power on but no display. So unless the other two are dead too, I am stumped.

Tried all 4 monitors in my room none power up, it detects the PC and then says "Monitor going to sleep."
Mobo Speaker won't beep if I remove card + ram though.. so I'm so confused maybe its my Ram thats ****ed.

When it boots up, spam F8, and choose boot with VGA or someshit.

Then change your default Monitor in your cards settings?
