Title pretty much says it, I can't see the computers popping up in the network although yesterday I got it to work by restarting my router/modem. Both the computers are on the workgroup etc.

Edit: It's not just one desktop computer its all of them, but my laptop can see my Xbox360 which is wired.

networking can be a bitch.
the only way i have ever fixed this prob was to re-instal windows.
But try lower ya security settings or just change them a bit see if that will work.

Don't reinstall windows... that's ******ed.

Open up cmd (command prompt) and put in "ipconfig /all", hit enter, then find out your IPv4 address and also your Subnet Mask. Do this on all of your computers, make sure that none of the IPv4's are the same and that ALL of the subnet masks ARE the same. If they are different I will help you further.
