Hi, over the past week in Hypernia servers, I have gotten a ping rise from 15-20 to 68-74 in Hypernia servers only. If i go into a molten server or stipe I will just get my usual ping.

I rang TPG two days ago and they checked my speed on my end and their end and my speed was fine aswell as my pingMS.

The person on the phone pretty much came up to no conclusion saying it is the game itself (even though it happens for others I am pretty sure). What should I do next? or is this just a routing problem, I am considering ringing Hypernia but don't know if that is pointless or not.

Also, people in my area / close to me with TPG have had this high ping problem also.

Yeah I get 50 ping in molten servers, but 30 ping in all other sydney based servers. No idea why, but it wasn't spiking so it didn't bother me.

Know these facts and always think about it before you complain or wonder why.

- In Australia there is DDOS attacks often.
- Lead's for ping spikes
- Lag, Server disconnectivity and so on.

- Routing problems occur very often where you may have same ping when others have 100+ when they were example 50 ping normally.
- Solution: Print screen a trace route with that ip and send it to your ISP and wait. (Applies to people who have higher ping or having server problems.)

Important Facts:

No company in this world is perfect. At the end of the day every company has bad days. It can be often or it can be few times in long term. Raging, Complaining or Abusing is just wasting your own time. It does not mean a thing to people. You may be thinking and saying "I am helping people by not letting them rent or use services of another company or listed company because they are crap." There is no such a thing called good host. Everyone fails at some stage. Just apply the terms on top if you have problems mate. Don't waste your time listening to people who pay out businesses even though what they say may be true.

What's with the essay? He was asking if anyone in a similar situation (same host and ISP) was having the same symptoms. He simply trying to eliminate potential cause of the problem by reaching out to others in the community. I hardly took what any of these guys said as whining.

Simply saying "there's nothing you can do about it so just deal with it" doesn't help anyone
