Okay so i got told i should sign up here, and play some matches.

I've been looking about, and i'd like to compete in the 2 v 2 BO ladder, but i got some questions.

I saw that the season is closed, will there be another due to mw3's release?
I got a team mate, but he is american and can play well against an Australian connection, is he still valid to play?

and where can i get the 2 v 2 rule set for attachments weapons etc.

The Black Ops ladder is quite dead, and minimal teams are active on it. Sure, you can still compete on it, but I'd suggest participating in the MW3 2v2 ladder, mainly so you will be playing consistent matches (i.e. one a week, not one every few weeks). Up to you though
