Were these fixed through the phone conversation? or were the fixed automatically? I got off the phone with them a while ago and all they could do was send a technician.
I'm not entirely sure I'm not at work, only texting a mate who is. So the issue could require a Tech out to fix it, but as far as I know most of it was line issues that were fixed back end without having to go to a clients premises.
If they've sent out a Tech it could be a completely different issue to the one over the weekend, either that or you weren't given the right information. (Happens from time to time)
