1st prize is a signature limited edition 'Axe of the land' signed by none other than Axel "LandaXe" Landstrom, Sweden's #1 BF2 export down under

commander in 6 vs 6 is fail.....might as well just have a permy mini map mod showing everyone.

flick the commander out of there and do a real small format comp.

no commander would actually work on 90% of the maps, purely because they only have 3 cappables and mains are uncaps. This means you don't have to worry as much about that sneaky SL on main which could result in a cap and determine the result of the match.

however, this is no different to the first season of 6v6. yes it might mean 1 person out of the squad but the uav covers most of the maps so theres not really any reason to sit in the screen and spot.

yeah but its better without a commander and to stop sneakys you dedicate a guy to cover them orspot an area (not as commander).

Only 6 people mean they are under the UAV most of the time (on the mini map) whats the point in that in an infantry only comp????? knowing where individuals are most of the time.

Its like the show compass bug in COD all over again in a different game.....not comparing the two. Me like beef more.

You're looking at it the stupid way. If you have no commander- it makes it incredibly easy for a team to put a SL in god knows where next to CP therefore slowing/rewiring the flow of the game into a lot of backward gameplay and reduction of fun. Or you have a commander with a constant UAV that improves the flow of the game and keeps action constant - your point is still relevant about knowing where your enemy etc is but it is a lesser of two evils.

Simply put because of the Squad Leader system without having commander tools of spotting your enemy the game would erode into constant back-raging and strats completely based around hiding your SL and that = zzzzzzz

or 12 guys chasing each other around in a UAV induced stalemate.

pros and cons to each. Not bothered which way it goes due to dates only giving people 5 days off a xmas so we will prob be a no go.
