I bought Creative Labs SB x-fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion sound card and i installed newest drivers from their page and when i plug my headset (roccat kave) i get this constant noise.

When i mute mic on headset its not that loud but its still there and when i turn down front center and rear volume it stops, but not when i mute on pc.

Also i kinda fixed it when i reduce the sounds on headset and increase on windows sound.
But stll does anyone know ho to fix it?

Hi, i am assuming you are running windows 7, what you need to do to stop the constant noise is go control panel > hardware and sound > sound > playback tab > go properties on your default speaker > levels tab > under the play control mute the required device ie. microphone.

hope that helps i have the same sound card and that what fixed mine for me

Why would you pair that sound card with shit headphones? Why?

Also it's just the headphones.
