And no, server is not unavailable. It's been like this for 3 days.

What I've tried:
Port Forwarding.
Reset IE 9 settings.
A bunch of Microsoft Fix's for IE
UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT UP UP DOWN DOWN - This sets it to "Server available" but it doesn't download the patch.
Re-Downloaded the client from the LOL website. Same shit. Infact I had a slightly newer version on my PC and that didn't work. Re-installed, nothing.
Firewall off
Antivirus off.

LoL bug reporting forum is reasonably useless.

Anyone come across this issue? Solution?
I'm fkn stumped, tried everything! The shitty thing is, I actually played LoL before on this PC (like 3 times) , so I have no idea what to try next..

Might be dumb question, but there is actually a repair tool on the splash screen. Have you ran that?

Its in the options up the top (looks like a little cog). Then hit repair.

I know you said you have re-installed, but Riot is Riot. Adobe Air is piece of poop.

Try the repair function, then if that doesn't work you should reset internet explorer.
Btw are you the SC2 player from Qlimax? Hope you have fun in LoL ^.^

Wow. I remember that options screen from like 10 months ago.

Follow their reinstall guide. It is a bit of a pain, but hopefully it will help.
