Hey guys, whenever theres a thunder storm/ heavy raining my net goes slow as fark. ive tried switching it off, calling the company and all they say is to switch it off but after doing that my net goes back but then just goes back to being slow. does any one have ideas on what to do as it's happening too often now and i'm starting to get pissed off, thanks.

its common, pretty much everybody gets it, best you can do is wait it out, and restart modem/router once its done.

In my new place, mine doesnt even work in a storm, and the phone line gets major static and buzz.

Agreed, especially after this new router, fast ADSL2+ speeds (Get like 12mb/s on speedtest, fast enough for me anyway, 1mb/s u/l), and it's actually really stable, have had maybe like three ping spikes in the last four months. Not a single dropout related to a problem on their end. Maybe I'm just in a good area LOL.

Im like 600km from the nearest box thingo... Im on adsl2+ , i dl at 1.8mbs all the time
