Um... Save a bit and buy something decent if you want it for gaming.
Even if you want it for everyday use e.g. facebook, movies, music and word processing it's not great seeing as its only a dual core. Keep looking and maybe save a little more so that the computer will last a while.
Good luck, though it isn't bad for the price

If you buy that, You can pick up a 2nd Hand 6870 or 6770 around $ 60-100. And that will run most games quite Easily.

Spending the extra $200 will be very worthwhile in terms of performance.
Unsure which would be best from the two selected, though I doubt there'd be little difference.

Prob's best if you grab one of them the 8 gig ram, get 64bit and buy a decent graphic's card you should be ready to roll.

don't buy those computers

the psu will be generic, and die possibly taking your computer with it
the motherboard will be cheap and bad, causing it to die and the system to become unstable
the ram will be cheap and generic, causing it to die and the system to become unstable

See the emerging pattern here?

Moral of the story, don't be a tightwad and save up a little longer to get quality parts. It'll pay off in the long run.

Even if it's not for gaming, which none of the computers you linked, nor your $400 budget will accomplish with any more success than attempting to suck your own dick.
