No windows but you already have a copy anyway.
If you stopped being oh intel is so amazing oh my god oh my god.
and looked at newer amd processors you'd see some have the same equivilent specs if not better for well cheaper, also you would only need a HD 5770 to play cod4 on reasonably high settings and have it performing well enough to consider enjoyable.
So amd processor - $104
5770 - $160
hard drive - $65
ram - don't need anything fancy as he said how cheap but a g-skill kit of ddr3 at around 1600mhz shouldn't be any more then $89.
case and power supply - cheap shit thing for $50 including a 550 watt power supply
and then just fork out how ever much you have left on a mobo i know for a fact that asus have boards that work just fine for standard gaming and computer use for $70
add the price together it's $540ish and that's a computer that will run cod4 on a fairly good setting and it will play LoL without a struggle at all sure it's not high end equipment, but hey you'd keep 125 fps in cod4 on maxed settings, hell without smoke with 10 people it would sit at 250 till it came across to much to handle and would drop to about 190 - 210. so it's not that bad and it's affordable.
