ive been watching a few frag videos i.e theone and mazarini

i noticed there graphics are so much better than my own even though i exceed the recommended hardware and have the graphics turned all the way up

how do i do this

It's filmtweaks + cc. You can't do this in game you can only do it when you're watching a demo record it and then put it in sony vegas and add CC

You will have to go through a lot of effort to make it as good as that. "Play with Soul" took 1 year to be released. As B1G Penguin said, its Film Tweaks and CC, your in game will never look like that

oh sorry, im new to console commands that do this kind of stuff

the most I've ever used has been commands to add bots or kick players in source
