Yes we do have a seating plan (as soon as our rego system comes back online, it will be there), the new venue you can see at (http://embed.panedia.com/vst/rosehill/index.htm and select the exhibition Center). There is plenty of cameras and security around, including guards which we have to hire through the venue (but they are more if a fight starts out, or violence - but the cameras cover everywhere).
