Scrims vs Infinity and x5 can be found there.

And we use xsplit - you have to set BF3 to windowed mode or it won't work and from there you can use this tool (http://bf3.realmware.co.uk/borderless/downloads) to make it borderless so it'll pretty much act like it's in fullscreen.
