only time you can use when sprinting is when its one on one, otherwise ball goes a bit too far. good way to counter is doing a skill move straight after.

In theory, online you try this, combined with lag delay, not exactly ideal. comes off a bit too slow. Honestly i recommend just doing a fake shot on the inside of the defender on a hard 45 degree angle, then heel chop back the same way you were going initally. Easier to do and opens you up for a good chip shot to the opposite corner...
