Yeah as we have the same problem killz, I would say it's Optus because I got a new modem and I still warp so...

Not entirely sure to be honest, just before I got the modem, my old one decided to work better, as such my ping went from 50 - 70 down to 30 - 40 ping...

Since then I have had smooth lines...Unless it hits peak traffic. But even then, it isn;t a warp. just a tiny fluctuation in ping (40 - 50 ping...usually 40)
