Case is mediocre. Could look at a modular power supply, but that'll do.

I'd also recommend buying a motherboard.

Have you overclocked before? Karma told me that they're really easy to cook if you don't know what you're exactly doing, levels ect

Don't get an unlocked i5 2500 if you're only buying a H61 motherboard, it'll achieve nothing except less money in your pocket even if you were to get an aftermarket cooler. You need a P67 or Z68 based board to take advantage of the unlocked multiplier.
