Aeron doesn't come with a headrest due to being an ergonomic chair, that being said I've never leant back far enough to require a headrest.

I have my computer set up on the coffee table and I just sit on the couch. It's probably not ergonomic, but it is incredibly comfortable. The whole thing is covered with indestructible denim slipcovers, ugly but functional. We have pets, we can't have nice things.
