Its coming close to pre season for football (soccer) & was thinking was my routine out different compared to other peoples.

For my Rountine everyday I wake up at 7 & go out for a kick around with the ball due to my Games being pretty damn early in the morning & every fortnight go to the pool & swim to build my leg muscles to make me go longer without fatiguing.

I was wondering what else I could do to prepare & to also get a good idea of what others do.

i play cricket and have training twice a week and its actually a serious level of cricket and the training is hard so thats good for me

i played tennis internationally.

There is no on/off season.

i went to the gym for 1 hour 5 days a week + 1 3 hour session in either gym or pool.

5 hours of tennis training ) 5 days
3 hours of fitness training. ) per week
