Its coming close to pre season for football (soccer) & was thinking was my routine out different compared to other peoples.
For my Rountine everyday I wake up at 7 & go out for a kick around with the ball due to my Games being pretty damn early in the morning & every fortnight go to the pool & swim to build my leg muscles to make me go longer without fatiguing.
I was wondering what else I could do to prepare & to also get a good idea of what others do.
