Pretty sure it's just a variable directly related to the mouse sensitivity. You could check in the other cods by using cl_mouserate 1 or something and see the difference. Pretty sure you can't change it individually.

bind MOUSE2 "+speed_throw"
bind2 MOUSE2 "cl_mouserate #"
bind2 somethinglikew "cl_mouserate"

iirc bind2 was the only way to set multiple binds to a single key
