What help are you asking for? Title says "Sony vegas HELP PLS" but then you're asking for "feedback"?????

Make the sped up parts more noticeable, looks a tad like lag instead of velocity.

What exactly are you after with help? Velocity speeds in comparison to FPS, Velocity to match with the beats?

In your clip it sorta looked like lag because it wasn't sped up enough (In my opinion)
