Seems a bit worthless. Great to see a tournament in QLD but the prize money does seem a bit silly haha. Im curious what the turn out will be like.

hi guys, just letting you know that I posted this on the league of legends forum. The cost might seem a bit excessive. But there are a ton of other things to do at the convention, plenty of gaming tournaments, exhibitor hall, anime streams, cosplay and other stuff. It's a gaming and anime convention first most, the tournament is simply one event at the convention.

Also, the blind pick for qualifiers is to let the less competitive players play their favourite heroes. Once it cuts to top 8, it's the serious teams playing in draft mode.

The prize's we think are reasonable considering it's only $5 per player to enter and top 3 teams get paid cash prizes.

the gaming hall is completely secured (with security), you can leave your pc there and travel freely around the convention.

Anyone know if your entire team needs to be there to play? (is it purely lan?)

Also anyone else only got part of their team in Brisbane that would want to combine with us? We have our bot lane pairing in Brisbane but that's it...

i have a feeling you will only be receiving 1-2 teams to the event, if that, which will suck for those 2 teams to cart their pcs the entire way for nothing.

If you want to host a LoL comp for the community, you should be contacting Yons.
