LoL Help - I don't exist?

So yeah, finally got the update to work and now my account doesn't exist apparently. It won't let me log in because the username/password does not work. I try the "forgot username' and password options but when I put in the email it says it isn't attached to an account. But I have an email from Riot Games telling me my account name ect.

Could someone help, I just want to play League of Legends....

Possibly in the wrong location. Maybe the update changed from North America (or the location you signed up on)
It won't let you log in on a different location.

You should be playing on the US servers the EU servers have a much higher ping

The game itself works, it's just the game and the website don't acknowledge that I create an account. I actually managed to make two accounts using the same email address. I get an email saying that I made an account but when I try to log in on either the game or the website it tells me the account doesn't exist?
