Well in the end it's a game so there's a level of realism but that's mixed with balance to keep things fair.

but snipers should be 1 shot kill

like I said it's about the balance. Anyone can hit someone but hitting them in the head makes it fair.

but its not easy to hit people if your a sniper cause 99% of the time the target is running from a distance away, so you have to aim where they r going and take in to consideration that there is also bullet drop over distance, so when i hit marker someone running cross map its kinda annoying.

Learn to aim then.

Getting a hit marker is extremely easy which is why it's not a 1 hit kill. Maybe try getting closer to the action so you can hit your target.

what do you mean hit my target if im getting hit markers im hitting them arn't i.

Take the sniper rifle, put it back in the bag and grab an assault, SMG or shotty and get in the thick of it. Unless your playing TDM then its all good.

I maxxed out everything on both my accounts and recon is easy as piss mate. You just need to learn some good sniping stages and I think you have to realise each class plays so differently it fully changes the game. Try not to sit too far back or get to close. Its all about getting into different mindset to play as a sniper. IMO agro sniping is 50x more effective than sitting on top of the bridge on terran
