With his somewhat abysmal performance over this entire summer (not just a few innings), I think it's time for Watson to come back into the side, maybe as a number three. Warner + Cowan seem to play really well together, not just from this partnership but from all of their partnerships throughout this series.

Over the last 5 innings, Marsh has scored a total of 15 runs and only faced about 40 or so balls. For a #3 batsman, that is appalling. We'd be better off with Siddle batting higher up the order.

For some reason, I doubt a lot of people will disagree with me here. GET RID OF MARSH, BRING IN WATSON!

Marsh has been playing test cricket for a while. Other than his debut, he's been absolutely shit.

Marsh needs to be replaced by Watson. Cowan has shown a lot of potential to bat. Watson needs to bat further down the order though.

Warner, Cowan, Clarke, Ponting, Hussey, Watson, Haddin, Siddle, Hilfenhaus/Other Bowler.

That needs to be the order in my eyes. Pattinson needs to be back ASAP and we have a very good test side right now.
