So I'm really over COD but my PC is old, I can run BF3 on auto settings or low and get 50-70 FPS. I don't know when I will be able to upgrade but should I get it whilst having that sort of FPS?

Tbh the games pretty awful. If you think pub will be a good time think again. The amount of gadgets and bullshit they put in just makes it less based on aim skill and team work. The competition seems fairly average and doesn't look like it will get that large. Mainly on competitive you play conquest and u prone on the flag for half the game until someone is smart enough to abuse the rpg and get like 5 of them with one supply guy giving them endless ammo while they blow though everything.

Or you could go back to cod like muso for season 29 cgo oww should be good. Bf3 is a defiantly worth buying if you want something that's more team based as you most likely wont be able to do rush and 4 man to win a round like cod. Bf3 takes at least some effort to play and with cg making it stock weapons only its quiet fun.

Unless you wanna stick with the same old nade half the team within 2 secs then camp/rush like a sped to win rounds then by all means stick with cod.

Well if you can run it at the fps you stated then go for it. I would recommend using medic or engi only as that is what gets used the most also if you get bored of running and gunning jump in a tank heli or jet. Thats good thing with bf3 if you get bored of something you can all-ways try something else like been a pilot or playing just support roles it dose not run solely of run and gun like cod4.

BF3 Graphics on low are most certainly better than Cod as its bearly changed since cod4, so if thats a pressing matter to you its not a problem.

Battlefield requires more of a brain than Cod, if that doesnt pose a problem for you and you enjoy playng for fun you will get more out of battlefield than call of duty ever will.

Well as I said not originally from COD, changed over cause I wanted a change but I got sick of COD in a few months, CSS took 4 years to get sick of.

Pub gets old quickly. If you find a team and scrim regularly its great fun. I still enjoy scrimming after scrimming heaps since it came out.

First tip: Ignore Muso cause he's a dickhead.

You will have a lot more fun just constantly scrimming than you ever will in pub. Only thing is, it's hard for people too just come into Battlefield and start scrimming, it's a pretty big learning curve for most people, a lot more too it than just been a rambo idiot.
