Why you need a $2000 PC is beyond me.

Cut it down to $1500 atleast

1. What games do you intend on playing?
2. Do you do a lot of video editing/ photoshop? etc etc.
3. What is the max resolution of your monitor?
4. Do you plan on overclocking?
5. Do you want upgrades in the future?

We need to know the uses of the computer to make a build for you.

1. Mainly CS:GO and BF3, would like to run at high settings with a steady frame rate.
2. Yes.
3. 1080p 27" LCD TV.
4. No idea what that is.
5. Yes but not often.

Processor: Intel Core i7 2700K - If you want an I7 get a 2600K, You say you don't even know what overclocking is, buy the 2600K anyway, you have the money, its like $20 more then the non K version, can make a good difference in performance if you do ever plan to overclock.

Memory: 16GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600Mhz (4x 4GB) Dual Channel Memory - Well if you are doing a lot of video rendering 16gb makes sense, if not that much 8gb.

Power Supply: 850 Watt Corsair TX850 PSU - Ok but not modular

Hard Drive One: 60GB Corsair Force GT - Solid State Drive - Go for 120gb

Audio: You have $ for a soundcard, Xonar D2X or Xonar Essence ST/STX

I see 2 problems here.

1. The power ratings in America are COMPLETELY different to those over here in Australia.
2. Your TV will not last 1 week, they look absolutely shit for PC gaming, even at 1080p.

Buy from Karma, he will actually build you decent stuff not any of this crap that would need to go back to US for warranty.

As many have said, don't bother buying from the US. Different voltage system, any DOA parts will be a pain in the ass to get replaced, cost of shipping will be ******ed, etc. etc. Basically, the person that recommended you buy this PC is a ******.

If you're just after just a tower, go here to get a base idea of what hardware you can get in your price range: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/324514/Current-hardware-configs-for-gaming

Next, head over to PCCG (Google is your friend if you don't know what this stands for) or whatever online store you want to buy your hardware from and start adding shit to your cart.

Post proposed build for critique.
