Or more specifically, First paragraph of http://www.cybergamer.com.au/gettingstartedcod4/gameconfiguration/

Quote from Hektik:

Once you open your game for the first time and create yourself a profile, on Windows XP and Vista/7 if you have UAC disabled (which you should anyway because it is an annoying piece of rubbish), your multiplayer config should be stored here -> \Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\*profile name*\config_mp.cfg

ok listen, go to the directory that grumpy has quoted, delete the config_mp.cfg in there, rename yitch3.cfg to config_mp.cfg and drop it in there to replace it, if you dont have yitch3, google it

People have linked you this in both of the threads you have made and you obviously haven't read any of it.
If you're not going to listen to advice, why are you even bothering to ask for it?

Because 'google it' is not an answer to any question.

Should I bury yours?

Good advice here. Make sure you copy the default config_mp.cfg (or rename it) before you replace it with yitch3.cfg

Even if you **** up the cfg, game will make a new default cfg on its own or when you click yes to the opening warning message.
