As most lol players know. The new update was out today and therefore everyone had to update. I have now logged back in, partied up and gone to play. Once the countdown finished in the lobby, the screen minimises and goes all black. Secondly the actual game screen which comes up as fullscreen doesn't come up.

I am on a macbook pro. Is there a link to this problem and a mac.

I have tried restarting my computer.
I have quit out of lol and restarted and signed in and i go to reconnect, and once i do so the screen goes black and the game screen never comes up.

If anybody knows of a similar problem and can help, or point me in the right direction, please post.

This happened to me when I tried playing with Packerr, thought it was only me but guess it's other people as well..

Yeah I got a shitty mac.

what did you do to fix it?

I think mac people needa download a new client again

Oh I didn't fix it, just gave up and went on Facebook.

try this
1. open LoL to the window where it says play.
2. got the top and click on the 2 cog things
3.click repair and wait
thats what i do when my LoL screws up

Apparently it is because of the mac. Boomje makes patches or something.
