At the moment my diet looks like:
Meal 1 (8:30am) - Protein 1st (Cerial)
Meal 2 (9 - 9:30am) - Protein shake
Meal 3 (1:30pm) - Chicken Schnitzel + lettuce + cheese roll
Meal 4 (6:30pm) Dinner, usually steak + veg etc..\
Meal 5 (8:00pm) Protein Shake
Im trying to put on weight, so more calories etc.. is what im looking for.
I would like to add some thing in at 10:30 am and 3:30pm + change my breakfast (to maybe yogurt or something). My breakfast is at work so not too much assembly can be done.
Suggestions ?
