Need to up my daily intake (Diet help)

At the moment my diet looks like:

Meal 1 (8:30am) - Protein 1st (Cerial)
Meal 2 (9 - 9:30am) - Protein shake
Meal 3 (1:30pm) - Chicken Schnitzel + lettuce + cheese roll
Meal 4 (6:30pm) Dinner, usually steak + veg etc..\
Meal 5 (8:00pm) Protein Shake

Im trying to put on weight, so more calories etc.. is what im looking for.
I would like to add some thing in at 10:30 am and 3:30pm + change my breakfast (to maybe yogurt or something). My breakfast is at work so not too much assembly can be done.

Suggestions ?

you are firstly going to need to eat a lot more carbohydrates, you seem to lack that in this diet. add some rice, sweet potato, bread etc.
try add some food with your protein shake and if you want you can change your protein shake (assuming you haven't already) into a mass gainer protein like cytogainer or mutant mass.
but in short you want more calories taken in then the amount of calories you use up through the day.

^ What he said u need ALOT more carbs in your diet if you're looking to gain weight, make sure the majority of your carbs are complex carbs, also if you haven't already you need to calculate how many calories you need per day to maintain then eat over that every day to ensure weight gain.

In your protein shake put a banana and an egg, thats not a lot but egg are really good for protein

My protein shake is a mass gainer at the moment. What would you recommend eating to pack on carbs ?
My protein shack has 50 grams of carbs per 100 gram intake.

Breakfast
1 cup Brown Rice
4 eggs Eggs


Meal 2
1 cup Bananas
6 oz Chicken Breast

Meal 3
2 cup Apples
1 cup Avocados


Meal 4
2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Sweet Potato


Meal 5
2 cup Apples
6 oz Chicken Breast
2 oz Pasta


Vegetables
1 cup Broccoli
2 cup Carrots
Eat these throughout the day

you know when to take your supps ect.
this diet is around 3 - 3.5k calories a day

oh i remember the 3-4am "brb going to cook some bacon". Returns later eating bacon. And the i bought a couple Kilos of bacon today because it's on sale. Also asking what his job is, "I work in the deli so i can snack when i want, it's called quality control".

Bumping this thread, have come to a diet that looks like this

Meal 1
Oats 1 Cup
Banana
Honey – 1 tsp
Egg Whites 4

Meal 2
Mass Gainer Shake
Roasted Almonds

Meal 3
Chicken Schnitzel w/ lettuce + cheese
OR
Ham, Cheese, Salad sandwich
OR
Tuna, Cheese, Salas Sandwich

Meal 4
Apple
Yogurt

Meal 5
Steak/fish/chicken
+Veg
+Salad

Meal 6
Mass Gainer Shake
2 Slices Wholemeal bread

Looking at kicking it off starting this coming monday.

Looks roughly like this: (Note this doesnt have any suppliments and main meal components included, as you can see)
