Hey Trep - how ya been, long time. So you playing this bad boy or ya still over on MW3?

Hey mate. Mainly playing Mw3 because that is what everyone else is playing.

No one I know plays BF3. When I do get on even the four bar servers are still laggy and people mostly just snipe, so not very fun. The game itself is too big to jump in randomly and expect to do well. Most of the time I've played people just lay down and stare at walls instead of playing the objective.

At least if you have a few spastics on your team in MW3 you can still win a match if you have a couple good lads on.

I like BF3 in theory but I havent had a good gaming experience with it since the BETA and that's saying something.

I thought the campaign was awesome and have played it through twice.

Hey Trep - have you seen any of the vids posted around here on youtube? Lots of solo action, with plenty of buuku's getting toasted in succession.

Most lads I'm playing with are banging out minimum of 2.0 k/d. If you whore vehicles you can expect 3.0's and above if you're dedicated to just farming fools.

This game takes some adjustment sure, as scale and objective play is significantly different than found in COD titles. You hit the nail on the head, this game requires teamwork to do well, take out enemy armour and so on - sad to hear the old boys aren't playing I tried...

You can find heaps of Aussies online to squad up with man - just send a msg and add friend once you're in a room. Its what I had to do as there was no way I was going back to COD after this...

Personally I think its better to make those adjustments now rather than later. Battlefield is just gonna keep improving and will be a flagship/launch title for all the next gen consoles & higher player counts

But understand completely from what you mentioned in ya post....maybe when ya getting tired of MW3 don't buy the map pack, its often a small stimulus and have a real dip at BF3 - once ya get the right weapons unlocked and attachments for them - the enjoyment is magnified ten-fold
