I still honestly don't get why you bought AMD.
EVERYONE in the thread told you to go intel. Then here you are complaining about Sound and heat issues.
intel = quieter and cooler (imo)
AMD = Loud and hot.
from my experience with both anyway.

I'm not complaining about heat issues at all, and Intel was too expensive and was a waste of a new motherboard so I decided it wasn't worth it.
The performance of the CPU is good, it's just the cooler which is getting on my nerves.
I thought this may be easily fixable but it seems nobody knows any way to fix the problem than either criticizing AMD or buying a new CPU cooler.

its a problem with every single stock AMD HSF, do some research it isnt a new issue or one that is unknown

I think its just the actual program because i installed it to see if it was any good now every time i turn on my pc my GPU fans go to 50% with 0% load
