well there's some ******* ******s on cg. if this guy is on a plan that gives him that speed (which he could well be as he hasn't mentioned anything about it), and he's complaining about it, then what is the answer going to be?

I've seen complaints from both on CG, why not any of the others? should research the plans on a few ISP's, there is some good deals out there, couldn't see myself paying for either optus or telstra tbh... speed might be good but the allowed usage to price ratio is horrible..

for the $59 plan on bigpond you get 50gb, im paying the exact same and getting unlimited on TPG.. but TPG is hit and miss, its good in some areas, and horrible in others.

id check Optus plans to, but there site won't even load.....

Optus is capped to 0.50mbps upload, so i dont see how u are saying minimum should be 0.512

unless youre on the speed pack u get more...

For me, I pretty much have a choice of Telstra and... Telstra.
And I hate it, but I guess that's what you get for living rural.

whirlpool is amazing, has helped me alot over the years.

whirlpool has some tools to help you decide best ISP for you too, not sure where but im sure you would find them if you looked around.
