Apart from my Horrid 0.5-1second Sound delay on my PC I cant fix

Is this RAM Compatable with my Motherboard? I Have 2 ram sticks of
Kingston D12864d30a

( I got 2 sticks, this is just a photo, NO IDEA WHY THERE 82$ Each for 1gig, if so, ****n sellin dis shiz)

I think you will find the RAM was so expensive because they are DDR1 which have pretty much been phased out of production. The motherboard you linked supports DDR3 RAM and as such these modules will not be compatible at all.

As for your sound delay id need a bit more information before i could start any sort of troubleshooting procedure.

Finally yeah the build you linked is a fairly high end rig, i5 2500k is capable of some awesome overclocking and even as stock it is an impressive CPU and should chew up pretty much anything you give it, like wise the Gigabyte GTX 570 is capable of sustaining a high and stable FPS on any game out at the moment. other than that the RAM is decent, however the build is really let down by the fact its running a 5400RPM hard disc, that will really slow up your entire system.

Oh ok, yeah i just found those sticks in another pc laying under my desk
could you add my xfire to talk about my sound delay thing? ill give you some more info

Get either an SSD or replace the HDD with one that isn't green as green HDD's are slow.
