Cheers, mate it starts with getting ya lads together, getting the pieces in place then just scrimming - if you do a good job on adding blokes you meet in games that you think are good start adding them and letting them you wanna play some bigger matches. There are a number of teams you'll have a fair crack at right now. Hope to get a msg for a scrim from you soon. They do wonders for team dynamics and you'll never see pub in the same light again.
