1. Learn more about the product and its technical specs, the company behind it, related products, consumers and the market for the product. (Research)
2. Improve his writing so that the article flows, keeping the reader interested, fix his grammar and spelling, structure the review less like a book report and more like a review, provide greater detail and explain his opinions instead of just "this headset is good". (Learning)

He did none of those things, that's why I didn't bother elaborating. Also it would seem you don't understand them either.
