So its 23rd january, well now its the 24th, i was supposed to be uncapped 1hour ago,
I dont think i have uncapped because its still slow as ****

But on the picture, it says i uncap 23rd january, and says ive used 24gig , on my way to 23rd february,
The page says i've been uncapped and ive used 24gig in 1hour?

Even if i wanted to, i couldn't download 24gig in one hour,
Is this a simple bug? Or is this a major problem
Because i sure as hell havn't used 24gig in 1hour, even if i was watching a few youtube vids.

The 23 feb 2012 means when the Monthly usage ends
This is the usage in the last 1hour of being uncapped
What the ****? it has to be a bug..

Ive been upcapped one hour and it says ive used 24gig, no i havnt downloaded anything, only watched a few youtube vids.

we had a problem like this i was on a 12 gig wireless plan and when we got uncapped managed to download 120 gig in 1 day. Not even possible lol so i rang them up they offered me my full 12 gig back and a full refund for that month for the hassels it caused.

So just give them a ring took them 15 minutes to fix all the problems so was not to hard.

This happens with all providers, give it a few hours and it will be fine.

Thats what im thinking,
Even though it says im uncapped, im still at 1k ms on wow and 120 ping on cod,
I guess time will tell, thanks

bigponds been screwing up all month for me...

its 3;30 am and after 35mins of a random DC my net is back to normal, cbf checking the usage, ill do it later today, im not tired at all, but i got a match tonight, thank **** for being uncapped right b4 a match.

haha was complete opposite for me once..
Bigpond ****ed up and when I got reset my usage never updated so I was on 0% for like a week

why not call them... im sure they would fix the issue, CG wouldn't..

I don't see how everyone has problems with bigpond, never ever had a problem, justwent from 200gb to 500gb in less then a day and they said 3-5 weekdays, i get faster speed then normal, im hundreds of miles away from the box thing lol

CG fixes everything man, havnt you heard.

instead of taking 5 mins out of their time to call the isp and get it all fixed.
crying on CG for an hour clearly got it fixed instead.

The trick is to log into Bigpond.com.au and see what areas are currently having maintenance.
