You should try out MSIAfterBurner beta with video capture (using RTV1 compression format). You hardly lose any FPS at all

Cheers mate. And I think the FPS counter is wrong, I get like 60-90 FPS when recording depending on map, which is fine to play with but it can throw your aim of a little bit with the mouse lag when your trying to flick/scope (specially when your used to 90+ FPS)
