Weaknesses Be honest - perhaps say areas in which you could improve (e.g. banter). No one likes an egotistical tool - admitting you may weaknesses is a bit strength.
Depending what time of the day it is, sometimes I play shit, sometimes I am told I wall hack. Most of the time its the second option

Strengths Be honest - only state game related strengths - don't mention what you can bench press etc.
Great reaction speed and vision (from baseball), 80% of the time I get kills by headshots, can listen to calls and has great strategy for assaulting bomb sites.

If you have seen me trolling or playing shit in pubs or even pugs, the reason for that is because it is a pub/pug... I know it is bad for a first impression but when you have been looking for a team for over a week you get bored sometimes

not a realistic goal tbh, competitive CSS is not about who has more or less kills, it doesn't determine how good a player is.

there is 5 playing in a team, someone is obviously going to be at the bottom of that tab bar regardless how how good they are.

Score means nothing in a game, as Embraced already said. I'd change that personal goal, some of the worlds best captains and callers bottom, they aren't there to be fragging powerhouses they're there to be the structure and glue of the team.
