Yeah it is but in saying all that i highly highly doubt you will get banned/page removed or what ever, as this sort of thing is aimed at the bigger facebook pages and bigger prizes.

what if you don't advertise the give away on facebook? as far as the actual give away goes what if you only advertise it on CG, would that make it allowed? what are CG's terms and conditions.
