You can't sell Windows 7 once you've installed, activated or entered in the serial number as it links with your motherboard serial number. Not that I've actually looked that up but it's what I've been told. Sorry if I'm wrong.

rule number one using the Internet

dont make claims if you cannot back them up, you can activate windows 3-5 times depending on version before you have to call M$ but there is no limit of installs.
