nah , theres a thing like when TOTY came out and you could buy packs with 50 players and a 2x chance or In forms and stuff and i was wondering when they do it

Happy hour occurs either randomly or when totw or toty comes out, when it happens you are more likely to get better players in packs. If you want to know when random happy hours happen go to the ea forum, but there is one every time totw comes out at about 4-5 on thursday morning
