Well what a match, the UNIT won the knife round which was crazy in itself and we decided to defend first.

Defending first we knew we had to put up a decent score as hangar is so 1 sided, well it can be anyway.
We won the first 6-7rounds straight with some close rounds then proximity pulled out a round to make it 6or7-1 we then went back to our guns and stuck to them, not giving proximity really a chance to pull around their way, all thow some did end out close in the end.
11-1 on defense, special mention to metal freak for his first match and some nice defensive clutchwork, aided by benny.

Moving onto attack we only needed 2 rounds and winning the first round was a big plus, however prox seriously shut us down for the next 8 rounds, they were everywhere but we were un able to get the kills, they owned us over and over and we were starting to fret... 8-1 ( i think might have been 7-1 ).

We pushed out the A side, smoking and grenading like crazy, didn't manage a kill but lost Mauseum, Jiri & Metal freak leaving it to Benny and I to try something fancy, I got a kill on the rubble mound from the back of A, benny got a kill from somewhere, I killed dreams at AA and then pushed the B bomb as benny took down envious I beleive, I then went to plant at B but just as I started I saw Brisbane gods sitting their shooting toward benny over at A I shot him in the back for the win.
We won another round then we had a few rounds that took a bit of time with the final score on this half being 9-3 to Prox.

Final score 14-10.

MVP for the UNIT on defense was : Benny.
MVP for the UNIT on offense was : Moor3y.

Good work by prox they really showed improvement especially on such a hard map.

Now it all depneds who wins between R and aspire

I know aspire will want to get it outa the way before mw2 but i can see redemption dragging it out, as they did with aspire and this match ( not till the 1\11\09 ).

So keen to get all this over with just because I want to get on cod4 for some prac for mw2

GG UNIT. After our really bad attack (1-11) i thought we were going to lose like 20-4 lol but we actually did pretty well on defence im a bit upset that jordz didnt get my triple kill at b bomb on defence because he forgot to start recording again at half time lol but was still fun and you guys definately deserved the win in the end gl with rest of finals

Yeah moor3y, if we make GF i want our match played before Mw2.
